Founder of Polito Wood Fire Ovens, Antonio Polito, migrated to Australia from Paravati in Southern Italy, where he developed a passion for wood fire cooking. This passion turned into establishing manufacturing in Australia as Polito Ovens and as they say, over 3 decades later, the rest is history!
With a strong, award-winning market presence now established in Australia, we are excited for the next chapter of our business and are proud to travel across the pond to bring our handmade ovens to the USA.
