Polito Wood Fire Ovens was set up by Antonio Polito, migrated to Australia from Paravati in South of Italy. Carried on with the passion to produce wood fire ovens and it all started in Melbourne. A shed built specifically in the back yard started the operation, from then on the whole family was pouring domes, wow. Now they are available in the United States and we are so proud.
